The Lightroom is over 1,000 square feet of white walls and is flooded with natural light from south-facing windows. Offering a light and airy feel that compliments any style.

 
 

Sunroom

The Sunroom offers an additional flex-space while featuring west-facing glass that lets in the perfect amount of indirect sunlight.

DETAILS

  • Booking Timeframe

    Load-in, setup, reset, and load-out must take place within your booking timeframe. Please take this into consideration when booking to allow for ample time.

  • Furniture

    The studio is furnished wita wide variety of lounge pieces, tables, chairs, rugs and plants. Furniture may be moved to create a custom feel and look.

  • Parking

    All guests must use street parking on Ave M and enter through the west door.
